💧 With this plant you will want to make sure you keep the soil moist. This is a tropical plant so it will not want to dry out fully between waterings, you will want to water with the top 1-2 inches of soil gets dry. Another factor to be aware of when caring for an Alocasia is that they prefer high humidity. They thrive in humidity between the range of 50%-80%. If you are not based in an area with humidity naturally that high you can increase the humidity levels in your home by investing in an humidifier, leaving a tray of pebbles with water near by or misting it throughout the day.
