
Peaberry | Tanzania
Tanzania; known for the home of Mount Kilimanjaro, and of course Peaberry coffee. A peaberry is technically a defect! Instead of 2 seeds growing in a coffee cherry, only one, small, round seed develops. At first, they were separated and thrown away. However, once they were discovered to have amazing, tea-like flavor qualities, it became a delicacy! We are happy to offer this peaberry coffee for a limited time.
