We are excited to bring back yet another offering from Las Lajas Estate. The Black Honey process entails depulping the cherries the same day they are delivered to the mill. They are then laid out on patios, and turned once per day until they are dry. We are impressed by the cleanliness displayed in the cup, and know you'll quickly fall in love with Las Lajas again.
