This coffee is harvested in the Dominican Republic and processed using a honey process method. This leaves a little of the coffee bean's "honey" intact when the bean is roasted, resulting in a unique sweetness. The tasting notes on this bean are roasted almonds, milk chocolate, and bing cherries.

Honey Love can be brewed as espresso or drip/pour-over, but we recommend a pour-over extracted at 212 F. Also available on pour-over in-store!
